I graduated from college, received my MBA, and had a promising career in the energy industry. But it wasn't enough—I wanted to do my own thing.
So, I started a small website around a passion of mine: home beer brewing.
After many failures and hard lessons, I grew HomebrewAcademy.com (now under different ownership) to one of the most popular homebrewing websites in the world. Most importantly, the revenue it generated allowed me to leave my 9-5 job and become a full-time solopreneur.

p.s. As you'll read in the series, I learned a ton about online marketing. If you want to get the best of what I know about marketing, after 10 years and over 300 clients, take my online course.
That course contains the knowledge I wish I had when I first started my beer website.
